In "Natural Flow", I wanted to capture movement that feels organic rather than directed. The painting unfolds through soft, layered tones of blue, turquoise, white, and muted earth colors, building a sense of depth and quiet motion. Nothing is rigid or fixed—each layer breathes into the next.
The circular, almost embracing form at the center suggests continuity and transformation. It isn’t a closed shape, but an open one, allowing energy to pass through. I worked with sanding and texture so that earlier layers remain visible, just as experiences remain present beneath the surface of who we are.

This piece reflects my belief that flow happens when we stop resisting. The transitions are gentle, sometimes barely perceptible, echoing natural processes like water, wind, or time itself. There is calm here, but also movement—a reminder that stillness and change can exist together.

This painting has multi layers of acrylic paint on canvas making this artwork textural. The canvas is stretched over professionally made wooden stretcher bars.
The sides are painted so the art work is ready to hang.
