N. 527 is a part of "Notturno" collection; mixed media paintings representing abstract nocturnal skyscapes. In this painting i tried too creat an explosive effectof light using stong contrasts. The surface of the wood panel is scraced by sharp tools creating geometric signs and numbers. In fact the light of this painting is created by the same scatches which remove the dark blue color and bring up the vivid colour of the light wood.
