My In-tension, is a striking sculpture created by Alan Harris, embodying the essence of Conceptual Expressionism and drawing inspiration from the renowned tale "Red Shoes".
This uniquely crafted piece evocatively tells the story of a young girl enchanted by a pair of red shoes, which, once worn, bind her as a slave to their magical dominance.
The sculpture is meticulously constructed using an authentic ballet shoe as its focal point, skillfully intertwined with materials such as resin, metal, copper, and gold, along with a base of rich oak wood.
