Walking through the dark woods, you suddenly see some light in the distance. What could it be?

Series: Forest Feasts

I often paint people, I love painting people. But I am also in love with nature. For some reason I get very happy walking trough forests in the evening or night. I was inspired by a party I attended. It was very late and nearly all the people left, but the lights where still on giving the forest a warm glow.

I love using oil paints and texture. This particular painting took some searching, scratching and redoing before I was happy with it.

A personal favorite. It took a long time to create with lots of paint.
