Sculpture representing the body of a crouching man integrated into a form evoking a mountain. Sculpture in metal lace: steel and bronze.
This sculpture suggests a fusion between the immobile, concentrated posture of the yogi and the immensity and quiet strength of the mountain.
The nuances of colour between the darker steel and the warmer, coppery bronze add depth and contrast to the work, highlighting the different facets of this ‘mountain’.
The metal lace is dripped from the steel and bronze.
