Original artwork description
Taken from a double exposure photo of an orange butterfly among pink flowers in Switzerland. Four fist-sized cube-shaped rocks were wrapped in towels, dipped in paint and used to make impressions over a cotton canvas on the ground. The canvas was stretched, and the reverse side used, before more paint was added in large circular brush strokes, all whilst taking inspiration from the original photo.
