The Mountain Series

Impenetrable, solid, impermeable, impervious, yet fragmented, transient, fragile, ephemeral, disappearing. Maybe there is a path; maybe you will get to the top, perhaps with a rope, or maybe the mist will take you before you get there.
Marks made by centuries of feet discerning a way through form indistinct paths, but the feet might be those of sheep of chamois.

Thick impasto oil paint on stretched canvas. The painting will be rolled for shipping.
