A forest landscape featuring a clearing filled with tall, lush grass, through which move the barely visible figures of a mother bear and her cubs. This sea of grass is their safe haven.
Size of paper: 21 × 29.7 cm (A4 format; approx. 8.3 × 11.7 inches)
Paper 120 gsm.
A multitude of dots and minute strokes, executed with a fountain pen, imbues the drawing with an airy, light quality. I sought to convey the freedom and joy of wild nature through the weightlessness of the hatching—a task that, naturally, required many hours of my own labor.
