This piece was created for a Halloween themed art show.

I was inspired by Death Head Moths. They can be fearsome and are sometimes associated with the souls of the departed. An interesting fact I found is that they make squeaking sounds when alarmed.
The Moth Whisperer is a medium who possesses the ability to contact the dead through the Death Head Moths.
At night time she can call them out at will and they will come….."
This work is painted gold around the edges and ready to hang.
