A morning cold swim in the Highlands..

This is a one-off 'printed painting' aka a monotype. Created in one sitting, I paint onto a large sheet of perspex with a roller and brush, mark-making with various tools and wiping areas away to reveal the white of the paper. The image is then printed onto damp paper using a press, just once.

This will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, rolled into a thick-walled 10cm wide cylinder and shipped signed and tracked within four days.
