The coolness of a summer morning... The first rays penetrate through the greenery of the garden, starting a new day. There is so much life behind every leaf and blade of grass.
I wanted to draw a lonely burdock, so calm and majestic, with charming snails climbing new heights.
Inspired by this tableau, I picked up my brushes and decided to capture this moment on paper. I chose my trusty watercolors, their translucent hues perfectly suited to convey the delicate interplay of light and shadow, the softness of the morning air. For the paper, I selected thick cotton watercolor professional paper — its texture would allow the colors to flow freely, while its durability would ensure that this fleeting moment would be preserved for years to come. With each brushstroke, I tried to infuse a piece of my soul, to convey not just the visual beauty of the scene, but also the emotions it stirred within me: the peace, the wonder, the deep connection to nature that I felt in that quiet summer morning.
Thank you for your attention to my work!
