This is an original watercolor painting that is very special to me, finished in 2026. I wanted to capture a quiet, intimate moment that I think many of us love: those slow, peaceful mornings spent just looking out the window, wrapped up in a cozy sweater, letting your mind wander.

There’s a beautiful contrast here between the cozy, shaded interior of the room and the bright, fresh green world outside. I spent a lot of time capturing the soft sunlight hitting her hair and face, and the fluid, organic details of the trees and old window frames. It’s full of a calm, nostalgic, and dreamy vibe (very cottagecore or lo-fi aesthetic).
