Original artwork description:

An original en plein air painting of an old oak in the Cotswolds. The tree rose so proudly against the fields with calmly grazing sheep, its shape was even more impressive as it had lost some autumn leaves, and I could see the gnarly branches silhouetted against the dusky sky. I scouted the area for days before painting this scene, so that I could work precisely as the moon rose on the horizon.

Unframed size - 30 cm (H) x 40cm (W) x 1cm (D) / (approx 12 x 16 inches).

Additional information: This original artwork was painted on Linen Canvas Board using high-quality Michael Harding oil paints and finished with Gamvar gloss varnish. It has been signed on the front, and on the back are the title, date and a list of materials.

Paintings are shipped via express courier (next-day Royal Mail for UK orders or UPS/FedEx for international orders), securely packaged, and fully insured in case of any eventualities.
