Original artwork description
The artist's inspiration for this painting comes from a hike in the Sunrise area of Mt Rainier National Park in Washington State. It was foggy, which was disappointing because the mountain wasn't visible all day. However, while looking back at photos from the hike, the fog created depth and a moody feeling that was perfect for this painting!
This original painting was created using professional grade heavy body acrylic paint on 1.5" deep gallery-wrapped canvas. The concept is continued onto the side borders of the painting, and a wire mount is installed on the back so this piece is ready to hang when you receive it!
