Mental health is a difficult thing to comprehend. And if you ask a psychiatrist about this, he will definitely suspect you of insanity. Psychiatrists are not doubting people, and therefore are extremely dangerous for society.
So do whatever you want as long as it doesn't bother other people. Come up with any names for your actions. Walk on your head, just not to a psychiatrist.)
