I painted it in 2013 in Montmartre, Paris. I lived this time in a hotel not far from Pigalle for 3 months. Interesting fact that after this painting was printed on the Naxos CD cover - Malmo Symphony Orchestra SAINT-SAËNS, C.: Piano Concertos, Vol. 1 and now it is on sale all around the world.
