I've been inspired by some of the places the Tour de France will visit this year. On the 22nd July 2016 the stage will end in Saint Gervais which is at the foot of Mont Blanc. This view is from the Varan hut.

This painting is on box canvas, and continues around the sides so it's ready to hang on the wall. 2 coats of satin varnish are added for protection.
