This is an ethereal abstract painting inspired by the fleeting moments at sunset when the sea and sky dissolve into one endless canvas. It captures that delicate transition between day and night, where the light softens, colours scatter, and the horizon itself seems to vanish.
The surface shimmers with soft washes of pale blue and white, layered with translucent textures that echo the movement of clouds and the shifting skin of water. Across this field of calm, flecks of sunset - crimson, ochre, and deep gold emerge like sparks of light at the edge of clouds or ripples of fire reflected across the sea.
