Original artwork description:
This is a tribute composition depicting the band Motorhead's album 'Bomber'. Based on the limited run 1/72 scale model is by Airfix, I partly assembled and completed it as a fan tribute to the original 12" album - instead of a large 3D model (that would just gather dust) this is box framed (4cm deep) and ready to wall hang.
The album cover is the background to the completed model.
What makes this a real collector's piece is that it contains an original 1979 12" vinyl album stowed on the back of the painting. Yes the album still plays and is in very good condition - even though it is over 40 years old! See the photo of how it is stowed.
The box frame is ready to wall hang.
