The Ford Cortina Mk2 was officially unveiled on 18 October 1966 at the Earls Court Motor Show, and the stylish vehicle would become Britain’s best-selling car. This original oil painting celebrates that iconic vintage design.
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a complimentary handmade wooden frame which is painted white and fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the front and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.
The painting measures 16 (H) x 12 (W) inches (approx. 40 x 30 cm).
