This work grew out of a quiet moment — the kind where the world softens and everything feels suspended in breath. The lotus has always fascinated me: how it rises through still water, carrying light even on the dimmest days.

In this misty pond, I wanted to capture that fragile balance between clarity and uncertainty. The mountains fade, reflections blur, and only the blossoms remain steady, almost glowing from within.

For me, this painting is about the gentle strength that appears when we allow ourselves to be still. About emotions surfacing quietly, like petals opening in the early morning. It’s a small reminder that even in the softest, most hidden places, something resilient is always growing.

My work here is a single copy of my unique and original handiwork. It is made on special, high-quality 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from the world’s best manufacturers and has a density of 300 grams/meter.
