It rains circles,
circles of light,
circles of shadow,
circles of memory.

The night hangs its lanterns
on the wind,
and the day, tired,
erases its name from the sky's canvas.

Everything flows, everything slides,
walls melt,
roofs go astray,
and the footsteps of men
leave invisible traces
in this great inky fog.

Then, in the silence,
only this remains:
circles floating
like bubbles of the soul
lost in time.
