Original artwork description
Original oil painting of a white horse. The horse is actually called Hermione, and she belongs to my friend. It was a lovely sunny day when I took the photo but I wanted it to be painted in cool tones and to create a ' misty' atmosphere.
It is painted on a stretched box canvas which can be hung without the need for a frame. The sides are painted to match and it is finished with a coat of gloss varnish to protect it.
