On cold days, when trees stand bare, mistletoe remains green, like a guardian of life in the winter’s sleep. Its berries, like pearls, shine in the chilly air, promising warmth to those who seek love.
At Christmas, it is hung above doorways—a tradition says that beneath mistletoe, quarrels must cease, and a kiss under its branches strengthens feelings. It is a symbol of reconciliation, hope, and new beginnings.
Just as mistletoe clings to a tree, love holds us to one another. In the darkness of winter, it reminds us: life goes on, hearts grow warm, and miracles happen—if only we believe.
My work is a unique and original handmade piece.
