The painting continues to the sides of the canvas 2.5cm (1.0"). The artwork has been finished with a gloss varnish to protect against UV and dust.
"Midnight Rhapsody" is a bold abstract that is full of color and movement. Deep blues and greens sit beside warm oranges, reds and browns. The multiple layers of paint create a rich surface. Textured areas and scraped lines add depth, while shapes overlap and connect like pieces in a musical melody.
