I met this beautiful cow at a Gaushala just outside Jodphur in Rajasthan during my last visit in January 2020.
She was so beautiful that I instantly knew I could transcribe the photo into a painting.
This is a very ornate piece using sari patches and borders bought from the Kinari bazaar in Delhi.

Acrylic paint, powder pigments and pastels.
