In this work, I explore the form and character of the medlar — a fruit that appears both simple and complex, familiar yet almost forgotten.
I am always fascinated by how nature preserves its beauty even in the most modest details. I wanted to capture this quiet balance — a moment when the fruit simply exists, unadorned, in its natural perfection.
For me, this drawing is a way to pause and contemplate, to touch the stillness that comes from observing a plant. It is a small study of life — fragile, yet filled with strength.
My work is a unique and original handmade piece.
