I love to walk in flower shops, sometimes you come across plants of amazing color and shape. So, a couple of years ago I found Medinilla for myself. When I brought it to the studio, I thought that with its color and the bend of the stem, it resembles a flamingo. That's how I came up with the idea for Medinilla and Flamingo.
