This is my humorous reaction to the bureaucracy. So often we come across unnecessary laws that say that you need to take permission from someone, and you run from one agency to another, and then notice that part of life has passed..
We have Medical reform in my country/ Unfortunately neither the doctors nor the patients are ready for it.
