This work is an embodiment of summer, sun, and carefree joy. Bright, multicolored mallows, created from New Zealand merino wool, seem to transport the viewer to a blooming garden filled with light and warmth. The mallow is not only a symbol of beauty and tenderness but also a guardian charm, representing hospitality and the deep roots that connect a person to their home and ancestors.
The technique of wool painting perfectly conveys not only the saturation of colors but also the surprising softness and tenderness of the flower petals. The unique texture of the wool will bring a feeling of warmth and comfort to your interior.
The work was exhibited at a youth art exhibition in 2020 in Chernihiv, organized by the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
