Additional information - Malin Head, located on the Inishowen Peninsula in County Donegal, Ireland, holds a historically significant position on the northwesternmost tip of the Emerald Isle. This particular image was taken moments before a heavy rainstorm that had swept in from the Atlantic Ocean. Both the photographer and his Leica camera were soaked by the rain; the camera being used for this image malfunctioned with water damage just moments after this image was taken.
