Original artwork description
Magnolias are amongst of my favourite flowers. During the spring, whenever I can, I take my sketchbook, camera or plein air easel and paint these magnificent specimens.
I paint almost exclusively from life. Sometimes I take reference pictures in order to do larger studio paintings.
I use best quality professional oil paint on Belgian linen canvas. A coat of Gamvar varnish has been applied for protecting the painting.
Signed and dated on the back. This artwork is sold unframed.
A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included with the artwork.
IMPORTANT!
While I have made every effort to ensure the photographs represent the true colours in the paintings I cannot guarantee an exact match. The colours will also display differently depending on the type of screen you are viewing them on.
Paintings are very carefully packed in cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap to protect them to ensure the painting will reach you safely.
World Wide shipping takes around 10 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Displayed image size of the painting are only relative and can vary from the actual size.
If you have any questions about, for instance, a tailor made order or discount when purchasing more than one painting please send me a message. I’ll be happy to answer all your questions or make a commissioned painting, just for you.
