Artwork description
Lupin is an image of a pink Lupin from above, green in my very own English Country Garden.
Lupin is a 2 plate reduction Linocut print.
Each plate (piece of Lino) was cut away and printed several times and inked each time to create layers of inks, depth and colour to create the final image.
This print is a 10 (+ I lost count!) layer print.
It’s printed on Japanese paper with Caligo inks.
It will arrive backed by card in a cellophane envelope, with a certificate which explains the process.
I have it framed here in a square Ikea frame, but I have kept the paper in rectangular format to give you framing options. Last one remaining.
