Being strictly a city girl, I like chickens. Like observing them. They are funny busybodies, elegant, clever, temperamental, industrious, foolish. They are different - as we, people, are.
This hen - mother to be - is tender, patient and diligent.
A particle board (chipboard). Quality acrylics and 3 layers of varnish. Ready to hang.
Notice that some part of the wooden chipboard is only lacquered and keeps its natural color and beautiful structure.
