This is an artwork of the new series "at the Beach."
I was inspired by this series by thinking about the beauty of our planet, which we experience and consume every day without almost ever stopping to appreciate it.


"Lu cajane" is the term used by fishermen on the Abruzzo coast (Italy) to refer to a seagull, and this post-pointillism painting depicts one on a beach, rendered using a technique of small pieces of colored recycled paper that visually blend together.

The effect is striking: up close, the abstraction of the line, with all the details of each piece of paper, is evident, but from a distance, a coherent and vibrant scene emerges.

It is a dynamic and tactile work that invites the viewer to get closer to appreciate the multitude of chromatic details blending together from a distance. The overall effect is one of great depth and emotional impact.

The work demonstrates a visual perception, paying homage to the Impressionists and Seurat's method.


Each piece is securely packaged, wrapped and protected for shipping and will arrives in a package completely safe included the Certificate of Authenticity.
I use DHL/UPS courier: European shipping arrives in 24/48 hours; International shipping arrives in 48/72 hours. A few days of delay can be caused by customs clearance at the borders.

Different light sources can give different colours on the photos.
Sizes can be slightly different as I prepare the wooden frame myself, pull the canvas and spread it by fixing it on the frame.
