This painting was inspired after a walk up the eastern side of Helm Crag. This view of Loughrigg Fell was as you came through the small village of Town Head. I loved the layers of landscape in the foreground.
The painting continues around the sides and is finished with 2 coats of satin varnish for protection. It is ready to hang on the wall.
