In my canvas, I've melded acrylics and oil to craft a vibrant tapestry of London's iconic skyline. The impressionist strokes and semi-abstract forms evoke the city's pulsating energy, with the fiery sunset hues igniting a dance of light across the Thames. This piece isn't merely a visual journey; it's a dynamic embodiment of London's soul, set to energise and inspire any space it inhabits. Hot off the press this very large painting of the Shard and Tower bridge is showing the sun setting behind these iconic London buildings. The River Thames is bathed in the setting suns rays as the river winds way beyond the Tower bridge. London is shown in all it's glory with the vivid colours of the setting sun. This cityscape is one of a series 'London at night sunsets'. I try and capture the intense colour and the buildings captured in the glow of the setting sun. I make preliminary sketches and take photographs for reference. This is painted in a contemporary style and is painted on a deep edge
