Anglesey Abbey, a National Trust property in Cambridgeshire, features expansive gardens and a historic flour mill. Tall poplar trees line the river, beautifully framing the mill and creating a spectacular view. This boldly painted 14x18 inch piece captures the scene looking towards the mill. It is one of my favourite places to paint and sketch.

Gesso primer, oil paint, mdf board, wooden frame
