The Living City
In The Living City, I explore the idea of harmony between industrial life and Mother Earth. Rather than a battle between nature and urbanization, this painting reflects a world where both coexist, sharing space and finding balance. The fluidity of the brushstrokes and the rich, layered blues evoke movement, as if the city is breathing alongside the earth. Subtle hints of yellow-green bring warmth, representing nature’s quiet but persistent presence.
This piece is part of my Earth series, where I reflect on the relationship between humanity and the natural world. The Living City is not about conflict—it is about making peace, about a city that doesn’t erase nature but grows with it.
