Aldeburgh is a beautiful seaside town in the Suffolk coast and we stay there frequently. I made this painting on a cold Novembers day with a mist laying low across the wetland Nature Reserve. We sat and watched the Little Egret wandering up and down fishing in the shallows.
Materials used:
Windsor & Newton artist quality watercolours; Cobolt Blue, Light Red, Raw Sienna and a touch of Paynes Grey on Saunders Waterford 200lb Not HP watercolour paper.
