Link Up (2020)Screenprint by Helen Boden
38 x 38cm (unframed) / 30 x 30cm (actual image size)
£120
Artwork description
Abstract in look but the inspiration behind this piece is the cabling that keeps the London Underground working. After watching the documentary Metroland by John Betjeman and reading some of his poems I was more observant when travelling on the Metropolitan line.
Many circles were cut by hand to make stencils to screenprint through!
This would brighten up and stand out in any small living area.
Materials used:
Screen printing inks on Somerset printmaking paper
Details:
- Screenprint on Paper
- From a limited edition of 7
- Size: 38 x 38cm (unframed) / 30 x 30cm (actual image size)

- Subject: Abstract and non-figurative
