In this macro shot, the tree trunk becomes a landscape of its own — a raw, organic terrain etched with deep grooves, flowing textures, and tortuous veins.
Part of the Lifeblood series, the work closely examines the trunk as a solitary subject, unveiling its hidden, seemingly insignificant details.

This intimate exploration transforms the tree into a metamorphic mirror of a natural ecosystem — one that suffers, resists, breathes, and continually evolves.

In Lifeblood #44, subtle shades of reddish-brown, pale pink, and charcoal grey create a tactile, almost flesh-like surface.
The lighting enhances the three-dimensionality of the bark, casting shadows that accentuate its sculptural depth.
This piece captures a moment of silent resilience — a suspended fragment of nature that feels both ancient and alive.
