I have recently come to know for sure that I too am surrounded and influenced by unrest and that is why it feels like a form of meditation to once again create calm, sensitive, meditative works that I hope give viewers a good feeling.
In my latest paintings I try to convey my feelings that I have and notice while painting and composing the works to you, the viewers.
I achieve the compositions and especially the color nuances by working layer by layer until I reach a point where I am satisfied, while I also know that my painting is not finished.
I hope to give the works of art a story together with the viewer[s] that can be different for every viewer or buyer.
Geert is VISUAL ART MASTER Award in Lecce Italy Of Accademia Italia In Arte Nel Mondo Association Cultural and won several prices.
