Letters play... (let us play) see what I did there?!

Children in bathing suits and colourful comic type have been carefully cut from vintage magazines and books and assembled on a cartoon style painted beach scene.
While a tug o war is going on and the girls are putting in the effort hauling all those letters, the little lad at the end watching really adds to the story.

Painted using professional quality matte acrylic on an 11 x 14 inch mixed media board and has an approximate 2cm white border before finally adding the kids and typography.
This suited a smaller format, so a white mount with an aperture of 20cm x 32cm has been added before going into a crisp acrylic box frame in black with real glazing and ready to hang.
The art is signed, titled and dated on the back.
