The wonderful purple of a Lavender field in bloom never ceases to inspire me, the painting ins on deep edge canvas 50x50x5 cms.
I created the work using acrylic paint applied with a palette knife, there are many shades of lilac and purple in the work which bring the painting to life. The work is textured so the finished painting has a structural effect and the design extends around the edges of the canvas it is sold unframed and ready to hang,
