I am utterly enchanted by the Moon and I often roam the beach at night. In this piece there is so much detail, but it is all very subtle, like at night, you know it's there and you catch glimpses of it when the light touches is. In contrast, where the Moonlight directly hits the wave, it illuminates and lights up it's form. I have used thick textured paints on premium quality canvas.
