Original artwork description
Books and art offer a form of escape—quiet spaces where the mind is free to wander. This painting depicts a woman immersed in reading, suspended in the moment when the outside world fades away. I believe that reading becomes an act of transformation, where the reader can inhabit any role, explore endless possibilities, and aim to capture that priceless moment in my expressive artworks.
It is a one of a kind, original artwork, painted in my studio in Sydney. It will never be published as a print and contains the essence and energy of a lovingly hand painted artwork. It is signed on the lower right of the canvas on front, and signed and dated on the back, as well as being accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
