I've always tried to live within easy reach of a sea or ocean. There is something about walking on a beach - the sand beneath my feet that I find restorative and inspiring. This is from my ongoing series 'Son of a Beach', started in 2015 with an exhibition in Majorda, Goa and currently unfinished. This shot is of kitesurfers on Broomhill Sands, East Sussex UK, in January 2020. Limited edition of five pigment prints on Hahnemule Photorag.
