Original artwork description:

Kiss Me Hard Before You Go is a poetic diptych, consisting of two square canvases, each measuring 90 x 90 cm. The artwork unfolds as a symphony of flowers, painted in soft white, beige, olive green, tender pink, violet, sky blue, and warm yellow. Together, the two parts create a harmonious dialogue—like a fleeting memory that lingers just before it fades. The inspiration behind this piece came from the bittersweet beauty of moments that pass too quickly. Flowers, fragile yet full of life, embody the tension between presence and loss, bloom and departure. What guided me was the wish to capture that intensity of feeling—the way love and longing can coexist, leaving behind both light and shadow. This diptych was created to bring a sense of lyrical calm and emotional depth into modern spaces. It works beautifully in contemporary interiors, minimalist rooms, or Scandinavian-inspired designs, where the balance of neutral tones and soft colors adds both sophistication and warmth. Its scale and presence make it ideal as a statement artwork for a living room, dining space, or bedroom. Artwork is signed by the artist in the lower right corner and on the back side. Frames are shown for illustrative purpose only. It is unstretched and ships rolled in a tube.

Materials used:

acrylic
