Recently, I traveled back to my native city, Kharkiv. This city, once bustling with life and energy, was a vibrant metropolis before the war cast its shadow over Ukraine. However, this spring, as I stood before the grand edifice of the station at around 3 pm, I was struck by an overwhelming sense of emptiness.
